Outpatient Services

Our Hospital is designated by Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare to offer advanced medical treatments, accepting patients who are in need of advanced care and diagnosis. In order to accept large number of patients with such needs, we ask patients to be referred by other medical institutions and/or clinics and bring a referral letter at their first visit. Patients@without a referral letter will be required to pay individual burden charge i5,400j as specified in hospital policy.
And this individual burden charge is not covered by health insurance.

If more than 6 months has passed since the last visit, patients will be considered as first-time visitor. Referral letter is required again or 5,400 will be requested upon payment. However, if the medical appointment was made at doctors’ discretion, above fees may be waived.

  • 8:15 am to 11:00 am on Weekdays

What to Bring

  • Health Insurance Card
    • EFirst-Time Visitors
    • EFirst Examination of the Month
    • EPlease inform the reception desk if there are any changes to your health insurance card, such as renewals of duration.
      If you do not have or did not bring your health insurance card, you will be charged with the full amount of the bill.
  • Patient registration card (if you have)
    Please bring your patient registration card for every visit. It is valid for all the clinical departments.
  • Referral Letter
    Patients without a referral letter will be required to pay 5,400 yen (tax included) in addition to the first visit fee.
