Consultation Procedures

1. Registration

  • New Visitors
    • Clinical Departments on the East Ward
      1. 1.Go to the reception counter (no.2) on the 1st floor of the outpatient ward.
      2. 2.Fill out the application form for new visitors.
      3. 3.Submit the application form to the reception counter (no.2) together with your health insurance card and a referral letter.
    • Clinical Departments on the West Ward……Go to the administration counter on the 1st floor of the west ward
  • Return Visitors - To a New Clinical Department or without Appointments
    • Clinical Departments on the East Ward………Go to the reception counter (no.4) on the 1st floor of the outpatient ward.
    • Clinical Departments on the West Ward……Go to the administration counter on the 1st floor of the west ward
  • Return Visitors with Appointments
    • Clinical Departments on the East Ward………Go to the automated registration machines on the 1st floor of the outpatient ward.
    • Clinical Departments on the West Ward……Go to the administration counter on the 1st floor of the west ward

2. Consultation/Examination

Please follow the instructions by doctors and nurses at each department.

  • Consultation Hours
    Due to the nature of medical services, please understand that delays do occasionally occur.

3. Billing

  • Outpatient Ward 1F……Go to the reception counter (no.5)
  • West Ward 1F……Go to the administration counter.

4. Payment

  • Outpatient Ward 1F……Go to the reception counter (no.14)
  • West Ward 1F……Go to the administration counter.

Payment at the counter takes longer. If you are in a rush, use the automated payment machines. There are two types of payment machines; cash only and credit / debit cards only.

5. Patients with Prescriptions

  • In-house Prescriptions
    • EOutpatient Ward 1F……Go to the Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the Hospital
    • EWest Ward 1F……Go to the Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the Hospital
  • External Prescriptions
    • EGo to an External Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics
